Winning the Ohio Multioperator class was W8FT, the Findlay Amateur Radio Club station. The FT crew had a mix of experienced contesters and eager newcomers who put those big antennas (very visible from I-75 in Findlay) through the paces. The second and third place multiops used two very different approaches. In second was W8B, operating Field Day style with low power from rare Brown county. Third place was N8HR, who operated phone only from the very big station of WZ8P in Zanesville.
